The year has speedily come to an end, and it is time to wind down and spend much-needed quality time with family and friends! We want to thank all our loyal customers, consultants, coaches, and friends for their continued support during 2021.

2021 was an exciting year on the Shadowmatch calendar!
Shadowmatch Coaching Platform
During March, we launched the new Shadowmatch Coaching Platform. It enables coaches to follow a structured coaching process. The Coaching Platform provides four coaching programmes with coaching content and makes coaching an adventure for client and coach! The programmes include:

The Shadowmatch Coaching Platform is mainly used by: (1) Individuals who are in need of coaching, (2) Coaches who would like to build a coaching practice or already have a coaching practice, (3) Business coaches employed within a business who fulfill the role of coach to internal employees, and (4) Companies in need of external coaches for their employees if and when necessary.
We are proud to announce that the platform has shown tremendous growth during 2021, and we currently have more than 200 individuals being coached via the platform. We have almost 100 coaches using the platform, and this number is continuously growing.
We presented a Shadowmatch Coach Accreditation Training course. Coaches attended ten training sessions and received their certificates on Wednesday, 1 December during an online Zoom certification ceremony. This Accreditation Course will be presented again in 2022! Please keep an eye on the Shadowmatch calendar for 2022.

We hosted several webinars during 2021. The most important webinars were:

2. The Energy and Focus of a Group: The success of any team is largely dependent on their energy and shared focus on a common goal. During this webinar we shared important and interesting information on how to ensure shared group energy and how to create that single focus for everyone in the team! 3. Anxiety: Due to high demand, we presented this webinar twice! The content of this webinar helps professional people working as therapists, coaches, and counsellors, understand anxiety better. It also helps non-psychology people to understand anxiety better. It provides practical guidelines to those who live with anxiety on working your way out of it. 2022 PROMISES TO BE AN EXCITING YEAR!
The Shadowmatch Team has decided to take a structured and developmental approach for 2022 and onwards. Our aim is to focus on developing the Shadowmatch Community and actively share our research in a more focused manner.
We have created a Shadowmatch Academy as the development leg of our research function. This Academy will present three different Shadowmatch Certificates at no cost. The content and dates of these certificates will be presented during a Shadowmatch 2022 kick-off webinar. We will also present our community development and learning initiative during this webinar. Make a note in your diary and save the date:
